Meet Mrs. Carleigh Morgan

Hello! I am Carleigh Morgan, and I am absolutely thrilled to be teaching at Marshall Academy. As a proud MA alumna, returning to my alma mater to teach the next generation of Patriots is a true joy and privilege!

My Education and Experience 

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Studies from The University of Southern Mississippi. I am also fully MAIS certified in Elementary Education, as well as K-12 Social Studies and English. I am passionate about using my educational background to provide a comprehensive and engaging learning experience for all my students.

My Teaching Philosophy 

My teaching philosophy is centered on creating a warm and inviting classroom environment. I believe that when students feel comfortable and safe, they are best able to express themselves. My goal is to foster a space where every child can learn and grow in a way that truly benefits their unique individual needs.

My Life Outside of School 

Family means everything to me! I have been happily married to my high school sweetheart since 2024. We are also overjoyed to have recently welcomed our beautiful newborn daughter into our family, and we are loving every minute of this new chapter together.

When I am not in the classroom or spending quality time with my family, you can usually find me in the kitchen cooking and baking new recipes. I also love to unwind by getting lost in a good book and spending time outdoors hunting.
