Dress Code Policy

Dress Code

Marshall Academy's dress code is intended to promote a positive learning environment, encourage modesty and professionalism, and foster school unity. Students are expected to arrive at school neatly groomed and dressed in the approved Marshall Academy uniform unless otherwise authorized by the administration. Dress code applies to students in Kindergarten through 12th grade.

Purchase of Uniforms:

Marshall Academy Uniforms may now be purchased locally. Orders may be placed at Retro Rooster

125 S Market St, Holly Springs or by calling 662-274-3116.

General Guidelines

Homeroom teachers are responsible for checking student attire each morning and determining compliance with the dress code. Students who are not in compliance will be issued a discipline referral and reported to the office prior to first period.

Students who do not meet dress code requirements may be removed from class until the violation has been corrected as a first offense. Any class missed as a result of a dress code violation will be recorded as an absence.

The approved Marshall Academy uniform must be worn each school day except on days designated by the administration. (Belts are not required for elementary students.)

See Dress Code Violations for more information.
