Meet Mrs. Rachel Taylor

Hello! I am Rachel Taylor, and I am absolutely thrilled to be a part of the Marshall Academy family as a kindergarten teacher.

My Education and Experience 

I graduated from Delta State University in December 2016 with a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education. Throughout my teaching career, I have had the wonderful opportunity to teach kindergarten, 1st grade, and 4th grade. I am currently in my third year teaching kindergarten right here at Marshall Academy, and I truly love helping our youngest students grow, learn, and discover a lifelong love for school!

My Life Outside of School 

Family is at the heart of everything I do. I have been happily married to my husband, Matt, for 10 years. Matt is actually a proud graduate of Marshall Academy himself! We are blessed with two wonderful sons, Mason and Easton, who both attend MA. Having our boys here makes Marshall Academy a true second home for our family.

When I am not in the classroom, you can usually find me enjoying the great outdoors. I absolutely love hunting, fishing, and spending as much quality time outside as possible with my family.
